Working at PEPPER is teamwork. Only together can we achieve our ambitious goals. For us,
open and honest communication is essential. Everyone is free to share their opinion, which is heard and valued.
But self-responsible work is also particularly important at PEPPER because we are characterized by a
“hands-on” mentality. In our daily work, we see the direct output of our actions. Naturally, we support each other and regularly share our progress.
