  • Fully charge the Power Box PEPPER NOVA before using your PEPPER NOVA EMS suit for the first time.
  • The Power Box must only be charged with a standard 9V / 2A USB Type-C cable and a standard USB charger.
  • The Power Box can only be charged when disconnected from the suit.
  • The “P” indicator lights up green while the Power Box is charging.
  • Always disconnect the charger before attaching the Power Box to the suit.
  • Ensure the Power Box is sufficiently charged before starting a training session. If the battery level is low, the system may power off during a workout.

The PEPPER NOVA EMS suit is intended only to stimulate healthy muscles for fitness purposes. Users must be over 18 years old. Do not train with the PEPPER EMS suit if any of the following contraindications apply:

  • Pacemaker, defibrillator, severe heart conditions
  • Acute bacterial or viral infections
  • Pregnancy
